Management Information Report Control for Cases

This facility permits you to design and produce reports at the matter level. This first example shows monthly receipts from July to November of 2016 categorized by Responsible Attorney. The percentage of each attorney's year-to-date total appears in the right-most column and the attorneys are listed in order by that column.

All of those features are optional and under your control.

Second example

This next example shows unbilled fees by area of law spread over a six month period. The concepts are the same. The critical points are that you may

  1. determine your own date ranges from column to column

  2. see every matter (case) listed or merely subtotals by category as we have shown here
  3. choose from over 100 categories what data you want to see in each column
  4. limit what cases are reflected, at all, For example, you might just want to see cases opened this year or cases assigned to a particular originating attorney.
